screws on T/stat housing 850 1994

Klaus and Ozark, thanks for the tips on the coolant flush.
I tried to be careful on removing the T/stat screws .
One came out easy ,the other I stripped.
I saw the post about putting 2 nuts on the stub to extract the bolt.
Is that the best way, also how about using an easy out? Thanks.
