850GLT Wheel clearance - Bad spring? 850 1997

Hi,

I am trying to find out if the suspension springs are good for my 1997 850 GLT with B5254T Engine & 173K Miles.

Tires: 205/65/15.
Shock: Bilstein Touring (all 4) - Placed in Jun 2006 and probably ok.

Vertical clearance from center of the wheel to the plastic on the fender:
Front: approx 14 inches
Rear right: 13.25 inches
Rear left: 12.75 inches --- Bad spring?

Can not see the top of this rear left tire if looking horizontally. Not sure it has the original spring set or upgraded low spring set as I am not the 1st owner.

I know this car does not have very soft ride but trying to make it little more comfortable if the spring need to be changed.

Question is: Is my car lower than normal? Springs are bad? What will be a comfortable spring set if I do not want to spend money on wheels and shock?

Does the spring loose it softness is 12 years? I do not see anyone change spring because they wear out in 10-12 years.

Thank you in advance.
