Is an 850 turbo more quiet than an atmospheric one? 850

I'm considering buying an 850 for my daily commute of about 75 miles of highway. Somewhere I read that a turbo 850 is more quiet than an atmospheric 850. Is that true and does it make a big difference?

Are there any reasons for chosing one above the other for this sort of use?

TIA for any an all comments and suggestions.
