Oil Light V70-XC70

1998 V70

so.. my oil light keeps going on..

seems to happen more frequently once the car is warmed-up

this was happening before the last oil change ( about 3000 miles ago ) and seemed to stop once the oil was changed... now it's doing it again...

it was happens when i accelerate (especially going uphill), but the light usually goes off once i take my foot off the pedal


i have been having a local garage change the oil for me for the past year or so.. i don't know what type of filters they use, nor the weight of the oil


any/all opinions/advice are welcomed -- THANKS
