Moonroof Rattles V70-XC70 2001

My 2001 XC with about 21K on it has had an annoying rattle for many months. Dealer has "worked" on it repeatedly, but to no avail; last week he removed the moonroof glass, replaced one (unnamed) part and lubricated. Noise is most pronounced when vanity shade is back and roof is closed. Smam irregularities in road surfaces starts the rattling. Large "humps" (e.g., railroad tracks) do not seem to cause noise. I am frustrated. Any help or ideas out there? Thanks.
