Rapid cycling noise S70 1998

There is something under the hood that is cycling on and off every five seconds or so. It's not very loud as I can only hear at idle. I'm guessing the air pump. It doesn't feel heavy enough to be the AC compressor. Any ideas? I have never heard it before, so I'm guessing something has gone wrong (bad relay?).
