Exhaust: IPD vs. Supersprint S70 1998

Well, I have finally saved a little extra cash, and I am ready to buy myself an aftermarket exhaust. I have seen many on various websites, but the two that attract my attention the most are the IPD and the Supersprint. There is about a $100 dollar difference between them right now (with Supersprint being the cheaper one), but I was wondering if anyone has had experience with both? I of course want some performance gains, but I also don't want excessive loudness.

I am drawn to the more affordable Supersprint system simply based on price, but is it louder than the IPD? And are the performance characteristics of each similar?
