rear spring clatter 850 1995

i've got ipd rear sport springs with bilstein shocks. been having the "poing" noise every time the rear suspension compresses and rebounds. dealer seem to have isolated it down the top portion of the coils, they seem to flex for some reason and cause the noise. h&r springs notes something called spring clatter with "dead coils." does anyone have any idea what to do? please let me know. thanx
