PNP Switch/ Flashing Arrow 850 1994

HELP, my Volvo's fallen and can't get up!!!

The dreaded flashing arrow has struck my old dependable 850. It seems to be the PNP switch according to the old posts and Bay 13. How much does it cost to replace by a mechanic?
