Break Pads and tires S40-V40 2000

Has anyone successfully found some aftermarket pads for the S40 to replace these soft dirty OEM pads? I've tried all the usual places, adds and the pads I use on my 240, (PBR) but no luck yet.

Also, has anyone successfully put 205/55-VR15s on an S40? (and what brand and model) I'd like to go wider on my next set. I run this size on my 240 and they are really wide. (even though they are in theory 10mm wider than the 195-60 VR15s on the S40, they are almost 2 inches wider than the factory Continentals on the S40)
