95 850 turbo CEL came on and Turbo boost guage go's to the white area on guage 850

Hi Guys,

I just bought a 95 850 turbo with 90,000 miles 2 days ago with all the maintaince records from volvo dealer. The car runs great (fast) but the CEI light just came on and the needle on the turbo guage go's to the white area, when I first drove the car the needle stayed below the white part of the guage.
I have 3 240's and know them well but I am new to the 850 volvo's. Any advice on what the problem may be, or what to check will be greatly appreciated.
