How do I take panels off from trunk?

Hey guys,

I'm planning on doing some sound deadening this weekend and I was wondering how I take the panels off the car. I see some plugs on the panels, but i don't know how to take them off. Can you just pop them off or are they screwed on and I have to use some special device? Thanks.
