Coolant leak, once a week in average, when is cold V70-XC70

Gents,
I got my V70T5 (2001 85K km) three months ago. After changing all fluids it started leaking coolant from the water pump seal(as diagnosed by my mechanic).
The water pump and timing belt were changed.
Then it started leaking coolant from the seal around the turbo. That seal was also changed.
Now it leaks very occasionally once in 1-2 weeks, when the weather is cold (9C, Australia). There are no leaks when the weather is warm, or engine hot.

It is a relatively small leak - spot with diameter around 20 cm, but is enough to worry me and make me check the coolant level every morning.
I took the car to my mechanic and he did pressure test by removing the cap from the expansion tank. We let it stay (when the engine was cold) for about 30 min and we could not see any leak.

I can’t see from which side of the engine it leaks because there is a plastic tray covering the engine.
Can you suggest anything ? It is very annoying.

Regards Stilian
