Follow-up: DIY Tuneup Hell 850 1995

Recapping my original message (thanks for suggestions)...I replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotor. On test drive after doing the work the car ran great for ~5 minutes after which it ran roughly with no power under load.

Re-installed original plugs, wires, cap and rotor--road testing after I reinstalled each component. The car still runs poorly at load with all original parts back. Checked fault codes on ECU and all is clear.

Could I have installed rotor in incorrect position? Anything else I could have missed. What gets me is how it ran great for a few minutes then all of sudden started running poorly.
