Tires & Wind - S40 S40-V40 01

Hi. Looking for advice on replacement tire sizes other than the standard 195 60 R 15 my S40 was born with. It's an 01 with 39,000 all highway miles. Speaking of highway, the car has more wind noise than I was expecting. Is it the model or is it my car? Otherwise, I am more than happy with the car so far.
