Brake master cylinder 850 1993

After bleeding with ezibleed tool, I got firm brake pedal feel for a couple of days, but then the pedal would soften up. I overhauled all four calipers with new seals and boots, and have bleed 3 different times, but pedal feel is worse that before caliper overhaul. Do I need a new master cylinder?
