snow tires/rims 850 95

Hi FWD folks,

I usually hang out at RWD-120 series, but a good friend just bought a nice 95 850 Turbo Wagon, and had a few questions I couldn't answer:

1) Is there an economical junk-yard rim that will fit this car for permanently mounting snow tires on? ( mid-70's ford rims fit on my 122)

2) Is it advisable/ necessary to look at any kind of aftermarket rust proofing? (car is being driven in salty Ontario, Canada this winter)

3) There is a tiny oil leak from turbo-a Volvo mechanic told her "they all leak there".. Is there a typical turbo oil leak, and if so what is the recommended protocol?

Thanks all. We've lured another one (former Tercel owner) into the fold-let's keep her there!
