mysterious groan on start-up 850 1996

When I start my car, I get a mysterious groan for the first 2-3 minutes. Afterwards it goes away. It's goes up and down with the rpms. Someone posted earlier that lighter weight oil solves the problem but I'm running 5/30 Mobil 1 synthetic already.

Any thoughts?
