Transmission Flush 850 1997

I had my wagon in at the dealer for repair, warrenty work. The service rep knows I'm a little nuts about my car. He called and said everything looks good but sugested I have the transmission fluid flushed. He based this on the darkened color and about 20,000mi since it was last done. The car is driven hard and has 98800mi on it. I want to make the drive train last to past 200,000mi. Is the flush worth it, $130.00, I have the oil changed every 3-4000mi. Thanks for your advice.
