All weather Tires V70-XC70 1998

I need new wheels. I live in San Francisco, CA, but drive to and spend about a week in the mountains every month. I need some good hwy all weather tires. High speed Hwy driving + snow and ice.

On the car I have the original Continental ContiTouring Contact 205/65R15 94H CH95 which have been good so far. However, if anyone out there have any recommendation for better wheels I like hear from you.
