My latest noise [the previous one from the far left dash now seems like it's actually in the door] is from the muffler on start up. I'm worried that there might be a small chunk of Cat in there. What is the common exhaust system ailment and what is the usual parts list/replacement procedure? thanks, thanks and thanks again.
