refuses to start 850 97

i recently purchased a 850glt after driving 240s for 12 yrs and really knowing them. this 850glt has 39k on it but it is salvage. i think that

it stood for a long time with no hood as there are tell tale signs of rain.dust and accumulated dirt. this car would always start but the cooling fan would not shut off. on checking the relay was filled with rust

( i thought it may have been a flood car but no signs of water in the car itself) i replaced the relay (correct one)the car stood for 1 week now the car refuses to start ...it started once and it appeared to have flooded it ran for 30 seconds and died. i have feul pressure .

i need help i once took it to the local volvo dealer that charged me an arm and a leg not for that problem though thanks harry exzulu@aol.com
