XC body clads V70-XC70 1998

Just saw a white pre-2001 V70XC with grey plastic clads on the car side's lower half . . . sort of like the ones seen on Jeep Grand Cherokees or the early 90 Mercedes Benzs.

Can these body clads be retro-fitted into a 1998 V70XC? If so, who makes them . . . Volvo?
