Front knock sensor,1-4-3 code, 855 T 850 94

Have any of you had to deal with a 1-4-3 front knock sensor code? I just installed a heated o2 sensor (easy job, spliced connection inline, got rid of o2 code) but 1-4-3 code remained. Is it possible to replace the front knock sensor from the underside without removing the intake manifold? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
