Alternator output low???? 850 1997

My Daughter's 97 850 had a dead battery this morning, battery is 6 months old, checked resting voltage it was 11.82, started it, jumped up to 13.29, turned on high beams and AC full blast, during AC cycle dropped to 12.01, then restored to 12.30, with all accessories off it stays around 13.20 to 13.30. Should I be looking for an alternator?
