V70 Transmission Fluid Flush - High Mileage V70-XC70 1999

Hi all -
I have a 99 V70 GLT with 235000 miles on it. Great car and I'm the single owner. While I've endeavored to take remarkably good care of it, the one thing I have neglected is flushing the transmission fluid.

At this point in time, would I be doing more harm than good? The fluid has never been changed, and I'm not wanting to damage my tranny. But the DIY kit seems like a good idea.

You Brickboard members are terrific, and I know you won't steer me wrong. Please advise!!
