Transmission service S40-V40 2000

I am about to perform the tranny service on this vehicle and have become aware that it is a simple drain and fill procedure. Does anybody know:

1-the capacity of the transmission

2-the fluid type (Dexron III, etc.)

3-the service interval for this?

All help is appreciated.
