Power driver's seat a little loose?...what's the fix? V70-XC70 1999

My '99 XC power diver seat is a little loose on the tracks (or motor mounts or whatever holds it in place)...when I accelerate/decelerate/turn the seat will make a small clicky/clunky noise and change position just a wee bit (1/8th inch?).

If I get out of the seat and push it around with my hand, I can definitely see the seat bottom (and back) rocking a bit...again, it's not much, but bothersome, and the noise is irritating. The passenger seat is tight.

I have 57k miles.

Is this a common problem with the power seats? Is it just matter of getting under the seat and tightening something(s) down?
