I got e-screwed ALL

Hey guys, just a note of caution, I recently put an ad on the IPD website that said I was looking for a single turbo rim to replace one that I damaged. I received a reply from "williamscarlson@hotmail.com" A.K.A. "William Strobel". He gave this address:

I exchanged e-mails with this guy, and we agreed on the price for the rim, so I paid him with paypal. That was a month and a half ago and I have not received a rim and he is no longer responding to my e-mails. I have filed a complaint with paypal and I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company, and my local law enforcement agencies. I think this really sucks and I just wanted to let people know that this guy is not the person to do business with, and if anybody knows this guy, I would love to find a way to recoup my losses. Please feel free to post this message anywhere on the internet where it might do some good. Thanks.
