Wife just got into a wreck; Body advise 850 1995

Well, it was bound to happen. My beloved brick is no longer pristine. This is not exactly one of the scenarios that you think of when your wife calls you to tell you she has been in a fender bender. Seems that she was struck on the drivers side by a golf cart! Drivers side rear door won't open from the outside and the rear wheelwell is dented pretty pretty good.

Called my local Volvo dealership and they don't do any body work. Can anybody give me any advise about what to ask for, look for, etc. when getting body damage repaired? Should I try to insist on new Volvo parts or is that not even an option anymore? Oh well, wife and brand new daughter are ok and hopefully brick will look good again soon. Thanks
