Engine stalled when I took off... 850 95 T-5R

Ok, so the car was running fine last night, and today I washed the car so I could polish/wax it. After finishing, the car started up fine so I took off and got to the stop light. The car was idling fine while I left it in drive. Light turned green so I went to take off and the car stumbled, barely running, with the dash lights sort of lighting up now and then, then stalled. I tried to start it, and after 4-5 times it started. It did it once more with the same symptoms taking off from another light, but this time I floored it when it started to stumble, and it revved up after a short moment. After that the car made it home.

Anyone got any ideas what to check? I don't think it makes a difference but I have an automatic.
