Tranny fluid change confusion S70 1998

93K miles on the car. My independent Volvo shop tells me not to change the fluid until the "change the tranny fluid" light comes on. I don't think there is a light for this and can't find it in the owner's manual.

Also, I checked my owner's manual for the car and it says to check the fluid every 10k miles, but nothing about changing the fluid.

I want to keep this car running in tip-top condition. What's the suggested tranny fluid change mileage and is there a light indicating when to change?
