Exterior lights questions 850 1997

Now, I know there is a Euro-spec front turn signal, but what are the benifits/advantages of it? And since it's clear, are the bulbs yellow? is it a DIY job?

Does anyone have or know who makes "Alteza" style lights for the 850s? I like the reflective lens set up. The 2002 Maxima set-up is sporty, yet classy. Plus they make your rear lights brighter. thanks for all suggestions, BD
