Dyno run with auto Trans 850 95

I did some dyno runs on my '95 850 turbo on a Dynojet. The dynojet only started regestering hp at 4200 rpm in 3rd gear. Has anyone else run an AT on a dyno and been able to get hp/torque reading starting at a lower rpm?

The shop tech wanted to run the car in the gear closest to a 1 to 1 ratio thus 3rd gear.

I would start the run in 2nd but the dynojet would only regester after my car shifted into 3rd gear which is at 4200-4300 rpms depending on the run.

Thanks for any tips
