Transmission flush slow leak from lower hose V70-XC70 2004

I flushed my 2004 V70's transmission (90K miles) with Mobile 3309 without any problems (16 qt total). The transmission shifts smoothly. My problem is I seem to have a slow drip from the lower transmission line where it enters the cooler (ie the hose I used for the flush). I used two new 0-rings and new green retainer. I pulled the line and put two new washers on and still seem to have a very flow drip of 2-3 drips/day on the garage floor. Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you!
