98 V70 Voltage drops on front Oxygen sensor kicking on Check Engine light V70-XC70 1998

First I replaced the oxygen sensor thinking this would fix the problem. But the check Engine keeps coming back on. The Voltage starts out Good, but drops to below average levels, thus kicking on the light. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
