98 V70R Condensation from vent and won't defrost! V70-XC70 1998

Hi,
I have a 1998 V70R AWD with approx 180k on it. Recently I've been noticing condensation (smoke) coming out of the vents when I turn on the heat and a ton of moisture in the car. If I turn on the heat the windshield immediately fogs up. This is even when it's not that cold out. It's kind of like a mild sauna effect.
If it's already fogged up using the AC for defrost kind of works but if it's too cold outside the car becomes dangerous to drive because you just can't see.

I've tried using recycled (cabin) air with various combinations of fan speed and temperature combinations to dry out the condensation.

You can still get heat from the heat setting but I'm not sure if it's 100%

Something definitely feels wrong with this situation. This has never ever happened before even through last winter's crazy weather here in the northwest.

Any ideas or a thread about this I wasn't able to find?

Ok. After I posted the above I found this post. I'm assuming this is the same issue I'm having. Correct?
Losing coolant

Thanks!
Mark
