Driver sude window stopped working and its down. Press down makes a contact noise press up nothing happens.

Took it apart. Trying to figure out how the bugger works. four contact blades with a orange plastic slide. Realize that forward towards the power mirror switch closes window. Other windows work. Tried cleaning it on the top blades still doesn't work.

Any idea how to get the window closed forecast is rain. Can I jump connection in the connector Which wires?

Any advice please
