Want a heated seat

My wife's 94 850 wagon came without heated seats (delivered new in Florida ) I bought it last summer with 98K miles. This is our first winter with it and we're in Indiana. It would be considered very nice of me to retrofit the drivers seat to heated.

What would be the cheapest way to do it? Can I buy an element and a switch? used? It could be seat and not back if that simplified the job.

I'd appreciate the results of anyone's experience.
