Gotta Find Cargo Carrier for Holiday Road Trip 850 1993

I have a thule rack but don't have a cargo carrier. I don't want to pay $300 for a new one either. Won a great thule carrier on EBAY then the seller renigged.

Anybody selling one or know where I can get a good deal. This is going on the wife's V70.
