Is the alarm this crappy? S70 2000

Hey you guys....the dealer says that the alarm on the 2000 S70 is a normal one where it uses the reg horn and flashes the orange lights? Is this a piece of BS or what? Maybe it's me...but mine has this high pitch sound that sounds really cheap. Nothing that sounds normal. Does'nt even use the normal horn. Is it how it is for you guys?
