2000 xc slight miss V70-XC70 2000

Would greatly appreciate any help with this issue...Thanks in advance.
2000 XC with 130000 miles. Has a slight miss heard and felt at highway speeds under light throttle. Sometimes does not start right up...3-5 seconds to start car. Full throttle is good, no other drivablility problems. Tried new plugs...more power(ngk), Amsoil fuel cleaner, same problem. Old plugs (Bosch with 26K) burned fine light tan in color all the same. Straight Highway MPG 28/combo 22. High test gas used. Relevant maintenance last 10,000 miles: Both O2 sensors, turbo sensor, cleaned MAF sensor (was going to clean again)engine oil flushed. No current codes. Will send 0422 code the the CAT if driven primaealy around town for a month. Found that this could be that it was not warming up and the "choke" was on for a while but ran fine. Have ScanGauge 2,also no codes with Sun Scan tool. Symptoms remind me of several years ago when coil packs went bad,ran like this for a while then died and limped home on 4 cylinders. My research 'seams' to point to a coil pack or cam sensor. I don't want to buy and replace and hope for the best since these parts cannot be returned, and I would prefer not to pay $200+ for the dealer to fix a $50 coil pack although they are a great dealer. I tried to provide as much info as possible for a diagnosis. THANKS
