To replace tbelt roller or not?

I am adding up the cost of repairing the blown head on my recent purchase of a 1995 850 na and wondering if I really need to spend $200 more to replace the Tbelt tension and idler rollers.

The old ones look good. They don't spin like a skateboard wheel but turn smoothly with no binding or wobble.

How can I tell if these rollers are ok for another 70K?
