V70 and FOG LIGHTS V70-XC70 1998

My wife and I just bought our first Volvo. A 98 V70. It has a switch on the dash for foglights. When pressed a little picture of a light is displayed on the dash. BUT............we have no log lights. Is it pre wired and all I need to do is plug in some lights in the front?
