Door Damaged 850 1995

My rear driver's side door was backed into and dented/damaged. Is there anything I should be aware of before trying to find someone to fix that damage? Some body shops advertise that their specialties are foreign cars listing Volvo. A Volvo dealer is linked to a Chevy dealer (same dealership owned); they have an auto body shop connected to them. Is one just as good as another?
