1999 S80 Mass Air Flow Sensor S80 1999

I have a 1999 Volvo S80 that I purchased on Ebay. I got the car and about a day of driving it the Service Transmission message light came on. I had the TCM replaced and a rebuild of the tramsmission. Now the car is runnung rough and comes up with error codes, the codes are 1132 and 300. I brought it to a garage and they said it was the Mass Air Flow Sensor for a cost of 546.00. I drove it home and it started doing the same thing. It hesitates and bucks at any speed. it really gets bad after driving for awhile. I thought it might be the transmission but there are no tramsmission codes that come up just the ones I mentioned above. I don't think it is the transmission but now I just don't know. I also had the fuel filter replaced. After installing the MAF I have put over 3,500 into this car and I am at the point where I don't know what to do. I hope someone can help me out I am ready to drive this off a cliff.
