Heater Vent 850 1997

My 850 with Climate Control has no Air Flow from the Floor Vents on both the Driver and Passenger sides.
I found that the Plastic shaft that attaches to the motor on the Passenger side is broke. I've checked with Dealer, FCP, IPD and it's not available. I checked with Erie Volvo (Salvage) and they will only sell the entire heater box.
Has anyone a source for this shaft? Is it not removeable?
