Starters S70 1999

Typically when buying a starter one trades in his old one, for a rebuilt one.
However, I have seen a line of brand new Chinese made starters that cost less than half, and don't require trade in. I'm curious about their quality. Has anyone tried them? It's amazing to find such huge difference in price when browsing the WEB. I don't remember the last time I actually went to my local parts store...
