Advice S40 T4 200HP S40-V40 2001

I live in Monterrey - Mexico and VOLVO just came in past year. You can imagine that prices are real High in comparison with The USA.

I just read a lot of reviews about the VOLVO S40, but the version I'm about to buy is not available in the USA, is a 200 HP Turbo. Does anyone can help me telling me if it is worth the investment? (in comparison to the 160HP you sell in the states?)

For you to have an idea the Passat V6, leather, sunroof all equiped is 35,000 USD vs. the VOLVO S40 T4 all equiped (Sunroof, electric seats, premium speakers, wood insert in the steering wheel, automatic AC, leather, etc.) is 40,000 USD.
