2001 XC Coin/change holder??? V70-XC70 2001

Our 2000 S-80 came standard with a removable(held by velcro)coin holder that slips into the center armrest. My 2001 XC does not have this--and it is frustrating as the console redesign leaves no place you can safely put coins now! Is the coin holder supposed to come standard--do we have to order this as an accessory(there is space in the armrest to apparently allow it to slip in)??
